How long does a quest stay active?

Each quest starts with a 15-minute timer.
Whenever a new participant joins, the timer extends by another 15 minutes. This ensures everyone has enough time to contribute without leaving others waiting.
The quest completes once all required participants have joined and submitted their signals.
